Shelby's vocabulary is rapidly expanding! She now can associate more words with objects, and can say them without prompting or us repeating them. It's so cool! Her current words (some are just barely understandable babbles, but we get the idea) are bubble, ball, mama and dada, Grover, dog, kitty, bye bye and hi. The cutest is "ro-rer" aka Grover because she knows her Grover stuffed animal and can identify him by name! It's adorable!
Her teachers at school said she's also said diaper, all done and Parker (a classmate) and today Scott heard her say her classmate's name when she got in the room! She can also now point at her head, nose, eye, mouth, ear and foot when we just say the word - we don't even have to point to our own eye, etc. first! It's really neat to see her vocabulary and understanding grow and grow.
