Shelby's 15 month doctor's appointment was on Friday and as we suspected, she is growing into being a tall skinny minnie! She got two vaccines this time and was much more upset about it than in previous visits. It took her a while to get over it and strop crying. Her memory is much longer now!
Our pool hosted a family dinner night so we enjoyed ourselves that evening before the rain and thunderstorms came. We had walked up there before it started raining, but luckily we were able to dash home when the rain let up for a few minutes.
This morning, we ran some errands and stopped to browse at some antique stores in downtown Tucker. They were having a sidewalk sale and their sidewalk were right next to the train tracks. A train came by and we thought Shelby would enjoy seeing it, but by the time it got close to us, it was super LOUD and scared her! She jumped at the sound of the horn and wanted to be picked up immediately! The stores were also giving out little cups of free lemonade and she enjoyed trying to drink from a cup. She is super interested in cups and drinking from cups, but she is still a little messy and usually spills most her drink on her shirt. She also likes to use utensils, but it is still a messy ordeal!
