Me: [just sneezed] Shelby, what do you say when someone sneezes? [expecting her to say "bless you"]
Shelby: Cover your mouth and don't cough in people's faces!
Me: Um. Ok. When you sneeze and cough, germs come out of your mouth.
Shelby: Germs? I want to see them.
Me: They're really small. You can't see them.
Shelby: They're like baby germs.
