Today was Shelby's first day of Pre-K at our elementary school! She was excited and there were no tears - from either of us! - but she was a little cautious and shy, as these pictures show. But when I picked her up at the end of the day, she said she had a good day. She even got a prize from the treasure box for listening and following directions! She was so tired that she fell asleep on the couch while I was making dinner... the earlier start time is something we will have to adjust to, but it was so nice to be able to walk right down the street for school! No more sitting in a car! Here's to a great school year!
